Since the 2019 flood, Plattsmouth has received significant support for recovery and rebuilding effprts. However, many residents are still left wondering where these projects stand and when they will be completed. I believe our community deserves clear answers. Citizens deserve full transparency on all flood recovery efforts- providing accessible updates, clear timelines and accountability for how funds are spent.

Government Transparency & Open Communication

Residents deserve clear and timely information about city projects, spending decisions, and upcoming agenda items before votes are taken. I will advocate for improved communication practices, greater public access to information, and opportunities for meaningful citizen input so that residents feel informed and involved in the direction of our community.

Responsible Financial Stewardship

Thoughtful budgeting and long-term planning are essential to maintaining strong city services and infrastructure. I support responsible and transparent financial management that balances immediate needs with future obligations, ensuring that taxpayer dollars are used wisely, efficiently and locally.
